Use your own guest numbers, including smaller weddings. If you’ve booked and settled the package details, it may be less useful.
How is it different from a wedding planner?
A self-service digital kit for comparing venue quotes before the deposit.
It isn’t a full wedding planning service. We don’t review contracts, contact venues or negotiate for you.
Do we need to be good with spreadsheets?
The guide, worked example and walkthroughs show you how to enter your quote details.
Use Google Sheets with a free Google account, or the included Excel file with compatible Excel software.
Can we use it on our phones?
Read guides and watch videos online or in the Hotmart app for iPhone and Android.
The spreadsheet opens separately in Google Sheets or Excel. Several venues are easier to compare on a larger screen. This isn’t a separate wedding planning app.
How will we receive it, and for how long?
Hotmart emails access instructions after payment approval.
Essential includes 12 months of access and included file updates; Complete includes 24 months.
Your downloaded files remain yours to use for your own wedding. There’s no automatic renewal.
Can we use the files together and offline?
Yes — the personal-use licence covers planning your own wedding together. Share your working spreadsheet rather than your Hotmart password.
Downloaded PDFs work offline in a suitable reader.
Hotmart app video downloads need internet every 14 days to renew access. Spreadsheet offline use depends on your software and settings.
Will it tell us which venue to book or save us money?
It puts the full cost of each venue side by side — the VAT position, the extras, and the bills that come from the council rather than the venue. That is usually where the money is.
It won’t tell you which venue to book, and no particular amount is guaranteed: what you save depends on your venues, your date and the answers you get in writing.
What if the kit isn’t right for us?
Request a refund through Hotmart within 30 days of purchase, even if you’ve accessed the content.
This promise is additional to your statutory rights.
